These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Genie App ("Genie") and related services provided by Stopuno LLC ("Stopuno," "we," "us," or "our").
By accessing or using Genie, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. Genie Services
Genie is an AI-powered concierge and commerce platform designed to help users discover information, products, services, local businesses, transportation options, community resources, and other everyday solutions.
Features may include communication with businesses or service providers, booking or transaction coordination, account-management tools, and other services that may be added or changed over time.
2. User Accounts
Certain features require an account. You are responsible for providing accurate information and maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials.
You are responsible for activity that occurs through your account unless applicable law provides otherwise.
3. Authentication and Security Messages
Genie may send transactional email or SMS messages for account authentication, phone-number verification, password recovery, security notices, and other account-related purposes.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP to opt out of SMS messages. Reply HELP for assistance.
Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing goods or services.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Genie to:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation
- Commit fraud, impersonation, or deception
- Harass, threaten, or harm another person
- Attempt unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or data
- Distribute malicious code, spam, or abusive content
- Interfere with the security or operation of Genie
- Use the platform for unlawful or prohibited transactions
5. Third-Party Businesses and Providers
Genie may help users discover, communicate with, or transact with independent businesses, service providers, merchants, transportation providers, or other third parties.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, those third parties are independent from Stopuno. Their products, services, availability, pricing, policies, and performance are their own responsibility.
6. Transactions and Payments
Certain Genie features may support purchases, bookings, payments, payouts, or other transactions.
Additional terms, disclosures, fees, cancellation policies, refund rules, or provider-specific conditions may apply to particular transactions.
7. AI-Generated Information
Genie may use artificial intelligence to provide recommendations, summaries, search assistance, comparisons, or other information.
AI-generated output may not always be complete, current, or error-free. Users should review important information before relying on it, especially when decisions involve financial, legal, medical, safety, or other significant matters.
8. Intellectual Property
Genie, Stopuno branding, software, interfaces, designs, and related materials are owned by or licensed to Stopuno LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
These Terms do not grant you ownership of Genie or any Stopuno intellectual property.
9. Service Availability
We may modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary for maintenance, security, legal compliance, product development, or other operational reasons.
We do not guarantee that every feature will be continuously available or error-free.
10. Account Suspension or Termination
We may suspend or restrict access when reasonably necessary to address fraud, abuse, security threats, violations of these Terms, legal requirements, or risks to users or the platform.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Genie and related services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
Stopuno disclaims warranties to the extent permitted by applicable law, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stopuno will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of Genie.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
13. Privacy
Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last updated" date above.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
